39 Palestinians released in second batch of prisoners swap.
3 children, 6 Palestinian women released by Israeli authorities under hostage deal. Hamas’ release of 13 Israelis and four foreigners in the second round of swaps under the ceasefire deal.

Israel has added another condition that the truce can be extended an extra day for every additional 10 hostages freed.

1. 1. Fourteen more Israeli hostages are poised for release on Saturday, Simultaneously, the Israel Prison Service revealed that it received a list comprising 42 Palestinian terror convicts, slated for release.This exchange is part of a complex deal with Hamas.

2. Several Western diplomats and the United Nations have strongly criticised Pakistan over its decision to impose hundreds of dollars in exit fees for every Afghan refugee who fled the persecution by the Taliban condemning the decision as “shocking and frustrating”.

3. Russia has launched its biggest drone attack on Kyiv since its Special Military Operations against Ukraine began February last year. Ukrainian officials has said that more than 75 Iranian-made Shahed drones were fired at the capital and 74 were shot down.

4. Ahead of the COP28 climate talks, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres visited the region which is frozen-but-rapidly melting in Antarctica on 24th Nov 2023, Friday. He warned of the devastating acceleration of ice melt in the region, often referred to as a sleeping giant.
