Director Shailender Vyas and RRR Writer V Vijayendra Prasad Unite for BRAHMAPUTRA Trilogy

The Legendary Writer behind hit movies like “RRR”, “Bahubali”, and “Bajrangi Bhaijan”, V. Vijayendra Prasad, is writing a historical war trilogy called “BRAHMAPUTRA”. Director and Producer Shailender Vyas, often called the “Christopher Nolan of India”, will be directing this trilogy. His last project JL50 is highly acclaimed and India’s first successful science fiction on Time Travel.

The first part of “BRAHMAPUTRA” is based on the valor of Raja Prithu Rai, a Prominent historical figure from India. He ruled Kamarupa (which is now Assam) during the 12th century and fought a battle against Bhaktiyar Khilji. This epic story will bring the heroic tales of that era to life.The initial part of the trilogy will highlight the complex tactics that have influenced our country’s past, emphasizing the crucial elements of warfare and unveiling the authentic nature of historical battles. The trilogy will be set in the beautiful region of Assam, with its lush landscapes, and around the mighty Brahmaputra River. It promises to offer a unique cultural and visual experience.

Shailender Vyas will produce the trilogy through his production company, Shailendra Vyas Productions Pvt Ltd. Ritika Anand, the producer “JL50,” will also produce “BRAHMAPUTRA” through her Canadian corporation, The Piggybank Movie Fund Corp.

With V. Vijayendra Prasad’s track record of creating successful scripts and Shailender Vyas’s exceptional directing skills, “BRAHMAPUTRA” promises to be an unmatched cinematic experience.
