Telangana Tunnel Collapse: Rescue operations are under process

Nagarkurnool, Telangana, February 23, 2025-Rescue operations are in full swing to save eight people trapped inside a low-building tunnel in the Nagarkurnool district in Telangana. The incident happened 30 hours ago when part of the roof of the tunnel collapsed, which led to workers being stranded without communication.

The collapse happened at Srisailam Left Bank Canal (SLBC) tunnel Project Site. There are two engineers, two technical staff and four workers. Thirteen workers suffered injuries during the collapse, but managed to escape with the help of 29 colleagues, who were unhealthy.
