Are Spiritual Practices Practical For The Younger
Generations Need?

Society largely misconstrues spirituality as some unworldly and impractical pursuit only meant
for yogis and for people who are detached from family and material life.

But contrary to the preconceived notion, we have witnessed some great spiritual leaders like
Sadhguru (founder of Isha Yoga Center), Master Choa Kok Sui (founder of Pranic Healing) etc
who broke out of this notion and made yogic practices and meditations available, accessible,
and simplified for all.

This has been so people at all levels of society can make use of the higher possibility of
realizing God within themselves and exist in peace, love, harmony, and compassion with all the
people in the world.

But there are spilled benefits of these practices which may in the shorter run not be measured
but in the long run, transform the person 360 degrees and he or she within a few weeks or
months of constant practice becomes a new person.

What Are The Three Stages Of Spiritual Practices?

Yes, there are three stages of spiritual practices, one can not just start and be a great meditator.
It takes time, perseverance, and sometimes even incarnations to just get a master who will give
you your тАШShaktipatтАЩ.

However, there are some exceptions like Swami Vivekananda and other great spiritual teachers
who begin meditations at an early age without any introduction to the spiritual practices. It is
because, in their previous incarnation, they made significant leaps in the spiritual world, thus,
meditation came naturally to them like laughing and eating.

Whereas for the rest of the world, you must start somewhere. And you have to do it consciously.
You have to make efforts and learn the tools and techniques and most importantly practice them
so that one day you attain a certain level of peace, joy, and stillness within the self.

The three levels of Spiritual practices are:

Level 1
When you begin the meditations, in the first few weeks there will be an outburst of emotions if
you are an emotional person, or else thousands of thoughts will float around your mind. It is

because whatever you have suppressed over the years, will all come back to you and will
disintegrate eventually if you keep consistent with your practices.

Level 2
This is when you would have achieved a certain degree of calmness and stillness within
yourself. Now, thoughts and emotions do not trouble you and you can be still and think nothing
and enjoy for milliseconds.

Level 3
This is the level you must aspire for because when you attain this level, you will be able to
choose your thoughts and emotions and disintegrate, mold, and shape them as per your will
which aligns with your purpose. This also helps you manifest and materialize your dreams.

So, it is high time that you made your choice wisely and walked on the divine path to create your
destiny just as you want it.

FAQ

Should I Continue My Meditation Since I Feel More Angry Than Before?
Yes, you should. It is a process. Remember the meditations are working that is why, you feel
more angry than before. Just carry on with your meditations and within a week or two, you will
