1. In Snooker: Pankaj Advani Wins 36th National Title, Secures Spot in Asian & World Championships. He secured 36th overall national title at the Indian Snooker Championship.
2. Three Indian computer science students from New Delhi won the Bronze Award at the Global Best M-Gov Award 2025 during the World Government Summit (WGS) in Dubai. The winning team comprised Sagar Teotia (team lead), Abhinav Mishra, and Anushka Singh, all fourth-semester computer science students from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi.

(a) In tennis, ServicesтАЩ Ishaq Iqbal clinched the gold medal in the menтАЩs singles category. Tamil Nadu dominated the mixed doubles, securing the gold, while GujaratтАЩs Vaidhehee Chaudhari emerged victorious in the womenтАЩs singles event.
(b) Yesterday was a historic day in athletics! A 14-year-old record was shattered in the menтАЩs 20 km race walk. ServicesтАЩ Servin Sebastian clocked 1 hour, 21 minutes, and 23 seconds, setting a new National Games record. Additionally, five other athletes surpassed the previous record, marking a significant milestone in Indian athletics.
(c) In womenтАЩs 10 km race walk also witnessed a new National Games record. HaryanaтАЩs Raveena completed the race in 45 minutes and 52 seconds, rewriting history.
4. All the preparations for the International WomenтАЩs Football Tournament have been completed in Kathmandu. According to the All Nepal Football Association, the tournament would run from February 17 to 24. Four countries, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, and Lebanon, are participating in the tournament.
5. French tennis player Kyrian Jacquet secured his maiden ATP title by winning the 2025 Chennai Open menтАЩs singles championship. He triumphed over Elias Ymer of Sweden in the final, held on 9 February 2025 at the SDAT Tennis Stadium, Nungambakkam, Tamil Nadu.
