1. India has suffered yet another blow to their ODI squad ahead of the three-match ODI series against Afghanistan. After Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya has been ruled out of the series, which is set to begin India’s preparations for the 2027 ODI World Cup, to be held in South Africa.
2. Fast bowler Mohammed Siraj has been withdrawn from India’s squads for the upcoming T20 International series against Ireland and England. The Men’s Selection Committee has named Prasidh Krishna as Siraj’s replacement for both T20I series.
3. In Badminton, PV Sindhu and Tanvi Sharma advanced to the second round of Women’s Singles event at Australian Open tournament in Sydney.
