India’s Bindyarani Devi secured her second Commonwealth Games medal after finishing third in the women’s 58kg final with a total lift of 199kg.
The Birmingham 2022 silver medallist lifted 87kg in the snatch before registering 112kg in the clean and jerk to seal bronze.
India has now won five medals in weightlifting at CWG 2026, while the total tally across sports stands at six.
