1. A 35-year-old Maoist, Raju Lekam, allegedly involved in at least nine murder and arson cases surrendered before the police in Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada on Tuesday, .

2. In Gujarat, Oreva Group Managing Director Jaysukh Patel surrendered before a court in Morbi in connection with the suspension bridge collapse tragedy.

3. Three reported houses destroyed in massive fire in Uttarakhand’s Uttarkashi on Tuesday, no casualties reported.
