R U Heading BACK TO THE GYM??

Go easy and slow,
Many fitness enthusiasts have started heading back to their training centers to make up for the lost time in the lockdown.But you have to be careful about your general health before hitting the gym.

Start your Cardio and strength training at a correct level.We have seen people in 20s and 30s get a heart attack at the gym.So do not start from where you left before lockdown.
Initially start with Cardiovascular and body weight  exercises to get into the flow and then the next step.Do not over exert yourself.
You should get back to your workout gradually keeping these do’s and dont’s in mind.

DO’S
●Understand your body type and limits.
●Hydration is a must.
●Warming up exercises before
hitting cardio.
●Consult a doctor if you feel uneasy.

DONT’S
●Over exert or put excess burden on your muscles.
●Take pain killers which are not kidney safe.
●Skip essential one or two rest days.
