1. India and Malaysia reviewed entire spectrum of bilateral military cooperation during 12th Sub-Committee Meeting in New Delhi. Defence Ministry in a statement, said that the two sides reaffirmed shared commitment to peace, security and freedom of navigation in Indo-Pacific.
2. Prime Minister of Japan Sanae Takaichi arrived in New Delhi yesterday evening on a three-day visit to Bharath : PM Modi said he is looking forward to the wide-ranging discussions with Japanese PM Sanae Takaichi today that will further deepen India-Japan Special Strategic and Global Partnership.
3. India has strongly condemned the demolition of the historic 125-year-old sacred Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Sahib in Farooqabad, Pakistan, calling it highly deplorable and targeted act of vandalism.
4. India and Pakistan yesterday exchanged lists of civil prisoners and fishermen in each other’s custody through diplomatic channels in New Delhi and Islamabad. Such lists are exchanged every year on 1st January and 1st July under the provisions of the Agreement on Consular Access signed between India and Pakistan in 2008.
5. The Government has appointed Somnath Ghosh as the next High Commissioner of India to Malaysia.
6. Indian Ambassador to the United States, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, has said India is emerging as a global leader of trusted supply chains. Addressing the IXth US-India Strategic Partnership Forum’s Annual Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C.

2. Death toll in Venezuela earthquakes has risen to 1,943, while the number of injured almost doubled to 10,571. Earlier, on the 25th of June, two back-to-back powerful earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 hit the South American nation.
