Intelligent minds suffer at night

Smart people from generations are a shred of evidence that nights are the hardest for them. It is difficult for them to sleep. Ideas, facts, questions, and answers keep popping into their mind when they try to sleep.

They even dream about atoms, protons, discoveries, and books. And life is difficult for them. Albert Einstein said,
тАЬGenius is making complex ideas simple, not making simple ideas complex.тАЭ
But the interesting part is that they do not suffer like normal people about finance, jobs, food, and relationships. These sections of life are pretty sorted in their life or else they genuinely don’t care about it.
Instead, their major concerns are solving the dark matter complex, writing a masterpiece that will blow the reader’s mind, finding a theory that will boom the nationтАЩs economy, and drafting a developmental plan that will drastically improve the quality of human resources and their lives.
Their lives are governed by the code of their personal ethics. They never take a day off from work. Their everyday activities run in a cycle so they don’t have to indulge in unnecessary discussions and dwell on it like which food to eat on which day of the week and at what time, the quantity of water intake, etc. So, in gist, they self-automate their daily routine from sleep, food, water, exercise, social interactions, and work.

They spend a certain amount of time on certain things and then, come up with a perfect plan and timetable that suits them well. Often, their priorities are themselves because they know they are different. Not sure, whether Genius or not. But in their heart, they know they are capable of great things.

Eventually, they learn and master breathing and meditation as they are already meditative in nature if they have an inclination towards work and work for complete concentration for long hours. But learning meditation and breathing techniques help them consciously go in and come out of the Flow State. And then, there is no stopping them. For, their greatest tool is the mind and now, they have learned to manage it in the most pleasant way desirable.

Now, they conjure up the working space, wear the hat of brilliant ideas, step into the Zone/ Phase/ Flow and discover the blue pearl that they have been looking for.
