Youth forum, MY SPORTS Team organized a Sports Conclave on 30th of September’2020 at Delhi’s Hotel Clark Heights. Galaxy of sports stars, sports administrators & coaches came together for this conclave.
In order to promote sports, sportspersons and to encourage youth to participate in sports, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha President & DDCA Director, Mr. Sunil Yadav encouraged the young players by joining them as the chief guest and appealed to them to make sports a part of their lives.
The conclave was attended by sports stars, sports administrators & eminent coaches, President, Kabaddi Association, Surender Pahal, Jalpari Meenakshi Pahuja, International Swimmer & Nari Shakti Puraskar Awardee, Gian Singh, Wrestler & Dhyanchand Awardee, Rajveer Singh, Assistant Commandant CRPF & International Wushu Judge, International Boxer Gaurav Bidhuri, International Para Athlete Narayan Thakur , Madhu Malviya – Silver medalist in Asian games jakarta Indonesia 2018 (Kabaddi), Ravindra Naik Malawath, National volleyball player, Vishal Gupta, International Basketball player, Sangeeta Malik , International Archery player,
Virender Dalal , Wrestling Coach, Manjeet Malik, Archery Coach, Joginder Dalal – Kabaddi Coach & Krishan Chillar.
They all shared their experiences, brainstormed on the revival of sports post pandemic, covid- 19 lockdown. All were appreciative of the government & Ministry of youth of sports steps taken so far for the revival of sports, especially the sports specific SOP’s for resuming training.
All present hoped that the pace of revival of sports gains momentum and life returns to normal soon.
On this occasion, My Sports President, Dr. Shakti Sharad shared, My Sports started a few months back & is working for sports and sportspersons at the grass root level to bring forward working and skilled youth in the rural environment.
