“Blessed is he who expects nothing, for he shall never be disappointed.”
It is freedom,
when your unrealistic expectations
demolish, and you rise with new
hope, kindness, love, and will.
It was not the country, state,
town, neighbors, family, friends,
spouse, or even for say your
child troubling you, but it was
you yourself
on the mental dimension of
your body, coming up with
expectations based on
fantasies, utopia, that
disturbed your tranquility.
And tortured you on a physical
plane. But there is a way out.
In fact, there is always a way
out:
vow from now on to set
expectations based on the next
person’s past
behavior.
and even better to expect from
yourself and the universe.
This way you will be liberated
from the vicious cycle of men
and life.
