New Delhi 20 May : Indian Archery Association Secretary General & Delhi BJP President Shri Virendra Sachdeva has been nominated as Member to the Commonwealth Games Committee a powerful sports body by the World Archery Federation.
Shri Virendra Sachdeva under the guidance of Prof. V.K. Malhotra has been active first in Delhi Archery Association & later in in Indian Archery Association holding several posts since 2008.
With his dedicated work Shri Virendra Sachdeva has organized several Archery events across India in around 15 years and promoted Archery as sport in schools too.
Under the leadership of Shri Virendra Sachdeva Archery today stands as medal winning sports event at international sporting tournaments.
Shri Virendra Sachdeva after his nomination to Commonwealth Games Committee has thanked Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for all his support for development of Archery in India during last over a decade.
