1. The case against former Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe was heard at the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court, where former presidential secretary Saman Ekanayake was ordered to be remanded until February 11 in connection with alleged misuse of public funds.
2. A South Korean court has sentenced former First Lady Kim Keon Hee to one year and eight months in prison for accepting bribes from the Unification Church.

The route was last operated in 2012 and has been revived following recent diplomatic engagements between the two countries.
