Tips to maintain Physical fitness for to-be mothers:

Trick is to do everything but in limit so BALANCE is the key to avoid falling prey to over training and vice versa.

Physical exercise both Pre and Post is a must.Cardio and weight training exercises are recommended provided there are no complications. Being regular in exercises will help build stamina and endurance which will furthur help in pushing the baby out at the time of delivery.

Diet is the main thing to be kept in mind.

Expecting mother needs to maintain her optimum weight throughout the pregnancy by eating adequately as advised.
Eating for two is a myth,it only leads to extra weight gain.

And Last but not the least…
Stay mentally relaxed don’t stress yourself over petty things
