1. China and Pakistan have signed a significant cooperation agreement aimed at sending Pakistani astronauts to China’s Tiangong space station, marking the first time a foreign astronaut will visit the station.
2. Taslima Nasreen, Bangladeshi writer and activist, strongly criticised the interim government in Bangladesh and said the country is now occupied by the extremist ‘ Jamaat-e-Islami’ group.
