3. The 100-day TB elimination campaign of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has detected over five lakh tuberculosis (TB) patients across the country. In 455 districts involved in the campaign, over three lakh 57 thousand TB patients have been diagnosed.
4. Over 1,500 nominations were received for the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration, 2024. The awards aim to recognise the contribution of civil servants under three categories. The categories are Holistic Development of Districts, Aspirational Blocks Program, and Innovations.
5. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 19th instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme on Monday from Bhagalpur, Bihar. The scheme provides six thousand rupees annually to landholding farmers in three equal instalments. ₹22,000 Cr to Benefit 9.8 Crore Farmers.
6. Pusa Krishi Vigyan Mela began in New Delhi yesterday. The theme of the three day fair is Unnat Krishi – Viksit Bharat. Union Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the event.
7. CM Rekha Gupta-led Delhi government removes all personal staff appointed by Former CM Arvind Kejriwal. The offices of CM and Ministers will submit fresh proposals to GAD… However, regular staff of DANICS, DSS and Steno cadre will continue to work in their respective offices under the newly sworn-in Chief Minister.

1. In Telangana: Liquor shops will remain closed from Feb 25 to 27,in view of biennial elections to the Telangana State Legislative Council from Graduates and Teachers Constituencies from 4 pm.
2. The Centre has facilitated 1.56 crore rupees in refunds to students from coaching centres, providing relief to aspirants and students. The Department of Consumer Affairs successfully facilitated these refunds for over 600 students. These students, enrolled in coaching centres for civil services, engineering courses, and other programs, were previously denied refunds despite following the terms and conditions set by the coaching institutes.
3. A massive drive against illegal poppy cultivation led by the Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) has for the first time exposed links between narcotics and terrorism in Arunachal Pradesh. Poppy cultivation was destroyed across 6,000 hectares during the operation, despite death threats from the insurgent outfits.

1. The Indian Army contingent, comprising 120 personnel, departed for the 6th edition of India- Japan Joint Military Exercise, DHARMA GUARDIAN. The exercise is scheduled to be conducted in the East Fuji Maneuver Training Area of Japan from the 24th of February to the 9th of March.
2. The first Indian Navy training squadron arrived at Cam Ranh Bay, Vietnam, on February 20, 2025. The squadron consists of ships INS Tir and ICGS Veera, although some reports also mention INS Sujata as part of the visit.
3. Indian Naval Ship Shardul and a Long-Range Maritime Surveillance P8I aircraft are participated in the Indonesian Navy International Fleet Review 2025, a prestigious multinational naval event, in Bali. This event runs from 15 to 22 February 2025. The Indian Navy is represented by the INS Shardul and the Long Range Maritime Surveillance P8I aircraft.
In addition to the Fleet Review, the Indian Navy platforms will participated in a multilateral Naval exercise Komodo aimed at enhancing maritime interoperability and regional security cooperation.
