1. India puts forward its vision for global growth, peace and security at Quad Leaders Summit in the U.S; Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlights Quad’s commitment to inclusive, and prosperous Indo-Pacific.

2. PM Modi to meet CEOs of major U.S. companies to promote collaboration in advanced technology.

3. PM Modi addresses Indian Diaspora; Unveils PUSHP Mantra for Developed India in New York. He will speak at the “Summit of the Future” at the United Nations General Assembly, focused on “Multilateral Solutions for a Better Tomorrow.”

4. India has signed the first-of-its-kind agreements focused on a clean economy, fair economy, and the overarching Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF). These agreements were exchanged under the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for prosperity yesterday in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Delaware in US.

5. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri also shared other details about Mr Modi’s discussions with Mr Biden including the United States’ decision to return 297 stolen Indian artifacts.

On the occasion of the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the United States, the US has returned 297 antiquities to India that were stolen and smuggled out of the country.

6. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA) of Brazil in the area of food safety.

7. PM Modi has said that India will contribute 40 million vaccine doses for Indo-Pacific countries under GAVI—the Vaccine Alliance—and QUAD initiatives. Prime Minister Modi was speaking at the Cancer Moonshot Event on the sidelines of the Quad Summit.

2. At least 51 people killed in a gas explosion at coal mine at Khorasan province in Iran.

3. In US, four people were shot dead and dozens injured in a tragic mass shooting reported in Birmingham, Alabama.

4. Israel has launched a new wave of airstrikes in Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah rocket launchers and other installations. According to Israel Defense Forces (IDF), dozens of Israeli Air Force aircraft are currently striking terrorist targets and rocket launchers to remove the threat to Israeli civilians.
