Hyderabad: In a tense episode on Sunday, an IndiGo flight en route from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, to Hyderabad, Telangana, was urgently diverted to Nagpur, Maharashtra, following a bomb threat. The incident occurred on flight 6E 7308, which was carrying passengers between the two cities when the alarming message was discovered.
The threat was uncovered when a piece of paper with a bomb threat was found in the lavatory of the aircraft. The message prompted immediate action from the flight crew, who coordinated with air traffic control and decided to reroute the plane to Nagpur, where security protocols could be followed meticulously.
