Juice (2017) by Neeraj Ghaywan

Juice 2017 by Neeraj Ghaywan

This week we look at Shefali Shah-starrer ‘Juice’, which takes place in a familiar setting of a get-together at home on a really hot night. In less than 15 minutes, the film exposes layers of prejudice in our everyday life through different spaces within the home – a boisterous living room and a very warm kitchen. Each character, action and interaction contributes to this dinner turning into a microcosm of our society, until something completely unexpected happens.

Do leave a comment to let us know what you thought of the film.
