1. Indian Grandmaster Aravindh Chithambaram has clinched the Prague Masters 2025 Chess title. He finished the tournament with six points after settling for a draw against Turkey’s Ediz Gurel in the final round.
2. In the 6th Asian Women’s Kabaddi Championship, defending champions India have defeated Nepal to reach the final of the tournament in Tehran. The Indian women’s team defeated Nepal 56-18 in the first semi final this evening. In the second semifinal Iran defeated Bangladesh 41-18 a shortwhile ago. The final between India and Iran will be held today.
3. Indian shuttler Ayush Shetty has entered the Men’s Singles semi final of Orleans Masters Badminton tournament. Ayush defeated Rasmus Gemke of Denmark 21-16, 21-23, 21-17 in the quarterfinal match in French city Orleans.
