1. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah is all set to replace the incumbent Greg Barclay as the new chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC).

2. The Indian squad has left for Peru to participate in the World Under-20 Athletics in Lima. Apart from individual events, the national team will also compete in 4x400m relay and 4x400m mixed relay events.
From August 27 to 31 World Athletics U20 Championships scheduled to be held in Lima, Peru.
3. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Nazmul Hasan Papon has resigned. The decision was announced after an emergency meeting of the BCB directors at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Dhaka yesterday.
