1. India’s Anmol Kharb clinches first individual Senior International Badminton Title at Belgium.
2. The Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS), General Upendra Dwivedi felicitated the paralympic athletes from the force including Naib Subedar Hokato Sema, who clinched a bronze medal in Shotput at the Paralympic Games Paris 2024.
3. Dodda Ganesh was sacked as the coach of the Kenya men’s national team. Ganesh was appointed as coach on 14 August. The reasons for Ganesh’s removal remains unclear.
