1. The Archery World Cup Stage 2 (May 2025) concluded recently in Shanghai, China, where India’s 
archery contingent secured 7 medals, marking one of their best-ever finishes at a World Cup stage.
The event is significant as it reflects the rising standards of Indian archery ahead of major global competitions like the Paris 2024 Olympics and Asian Archery Championships.
2. KHELO INDIA YOUTH GAMES in Bihar
Maharashtra holds the first position with 141 medals, including 54 gold and 43 silver, Haryana has seized the second position by winning a good number of medals in wrestling, boxing, and athletics today. Haryana is in second place with 96 medals, including 30 gold and 23 silver, while Rajasthan has moved to the third position in the medal tally with 52 medals, including 22 gold and 10 silver.
