The facilitation Ceremony was being hosted by Sports Authority of India, & Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, witnessed by “The Paralympic Contingent”, “ their Family Members” , Invited friends & Relatives, PCI Members , Sec & Members of National Sports Federations, Dignitaries from Sports Authority of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, “Indian Oil”, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, BCAS, GAIL , Forest Force (Jalna), Bharat Petroleum, & ITDC, .
The Para Champs has been honored & facilitated, “ A Shawl , Memento & bunches of Beautiful Roses” by The Hon’ble Minister of Sports Sh. Anurag Thakur, Hon’ble Minister of Law Sh. Kiran Rijiju, & Hon’ble Minister of State, Youth Affairs & Sports, Sh. Nitish Pramanik.
Hon’ble Union Minister of Sports , Sh . Anurag Thakur Motivated those Para Athletes who did not Shines at Podium Simultaneously advised them, “Not to Loose Heart & to prepare for next Championship”.
The President, Paralympics Committee of India , Former Bronze Medalist Rio 2016 Paralympics, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratan Awardee, Arjuna Awardee & Padam Shree Awardee Ms Deepa Malik , Thanked to Govt of India ,Hon’ble PM Sh Narender Modi , Sh Anurag Thakur , For helping Para Athletes by Making & Ensuring the practical implementation of the Policies, which helped Para Athletes to get their Training done properly with modern Equipments without facing any difficulties. She also Appreciated & thanked Coaches , Support Staff for bringing this Moment .
She also announced, “A party tomorrow to whole Contingent, wearing their favorite Dresses”.
“The Sports Cultured has just Started , & will now continue forever”, Said Hon’ble Minister of Law Sh Kiran Rijiju .
He Briefed the Modi Govt. policies for the Upliftment of Sports & Did commitment for continue to extend every possible help for Upliftment of Sporting Culture in India.
He also Appreciated , “the efforts of media to Uplift the Paralympics & Para Games” said, “As Media Has published the news on front pages” , “The social Media is Loaded with Paralympics news & pics” , as a Result , “People took more Interest in Paralympics”, “showed enthusiasm”, & “now recognize para Athletes”.
Also made Para Athletes for PM’ s “Tea Invitation” at the end of his Speech.
The Para Athletes Tomorrow Morning will have a Tea Party & Interaction with Hon’ble PM of India , Sh Narender Modi at PM House.
