Tarak Sinha, founder of Sonnet Cricket Club and Dronacharya awardee, who trained hundreds of cricketers over the last five decades, passed away today morning.
More than a dozen of his trainees represented India at the highest level, including Surender Khanna, Randhir Singh, Manoj Prabhakar, Late Raman Lamba, Ashish Nehra, Ajay Sharma, Atul Wassan, Aakash Chopra, Shikhar Dhawan, Sanjeev Sharma, Rishab Pant and Anjum Chopra.
Mr. Sinha nutured talent & promoted cricketers. For his excellence in coaching & contribution he was awarded Dronacharya Award in September 2018.
