Hetmyer, Samson star as Rajasthan Royals beat Gujarat Titans by 3 wickets. Gujarat Titans scored 177 for seven. The in-form Shubman Gill made 45 off 34 balls at the top of the order, while David Miller struck a 30-ball 46 at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Abhinav Manohar chipped in with a brisk 27 off 13 deliveries.

Suryakumar Yadav, who led Mumbai Indians (MI) for the first time in their IPL 2023 match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) today, has been penalised after his team maintained a slow over-rate in the match. As it was MI’s first offence of the season relating to over-rate, Suryakumar was fined ₹12 lakh. MI won the match by five wickets.
4. Actor R Madhavan’s 17-year-old son Vedaant won five gold medals for India at the Malaysian invitational age group swimming championships in Kuala Lumpur. Sharing pictures, Madhavan tweeted, “With god’s grace and all your wishes, Vedaant gets 5 golds for India (50, 100, 200, 400 and 1500m) with two personal bests.” He added, “Elated and very grateful.”
5. Arsenal held by West Ham, Man Utd climb to 3rd with 2-0 win over Forest. Arsenal threw away another two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with West Ham. City had cut Arsenal’s lead to three points after beating Leicester 3-1 on Saturday.
6. Getafe hold Barcelona to another goalless draw in LaLiga. Barcelona still have a healthy lead over second-placed Real Madrid but the draw cut it down to 11 points with nine games left in the season.
