4. India’s six-time world champion boxer Mary Kom has been ruled out of Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2022, the Boxing Federation of India announced. The 39-year-old boxer suffered an injury on the second day of the ongoing CWG trials in Delhi. She twisted her left knee during the Round 1 of her bout against Nitu. Nitu was declared winner of the bout.
