The hashtag #JusticeForRinku became popular on X (formerly Twitter) soon after KKR’s loss, with thousands of fans airing their grievances regarding the treatment of the young batter. “Sorry Rinku Singh, you deserve so much better. “This management has insulted your talent,” tweeted one user, joining the thoughts of thousands of people who think that the left-hander must be promoted higher in the order.
Several of them pointed out how Rinku has repeatedly shown the capacity to finish the game and remain calm in high-pressure situations, and yet remains underused in vital moments. Even a few indicated the way he is being left out or substituted late into matches might be part of the reason why KKR is not performing consistently this season.
KKR’s difficulties persist in IPL 2025
This campaign has not been one in which KKR supporters dared hope.
