23 July 2021 : The Journey of India of Tokyo 2020 , started with Archer, Deepika Kumari , from today morning With Individual Women Qualification Round.
Deepika finished 9th with 663 score in Recurve Archery Round , with this she moved to round of 64, will face Bhutan’s Karma.
An san of south Korea finished top with an Olympic record with 680 points.
Minahee Jang & Chaeyoung Kang both from Korea got 2nd & 3rd Ranking with 677 & 675 points respectively
First 3 places occupied by Korea. Host Japan’s Azusa Yamauchi finished 7th with a 665 points. India had satisfactory start.
