Shri HG Bhagat, Associate Joint Sectetary, Senior Technical Official and Former Treasurer of Swimming Federation of India (SFI ) breathed his last at his Surat residence today morning at about 5am.
He was 74 and is survived by his wife, son Vishal, daughter in law and two grandchildren.
Shri.Balraj Sharma, Vice President SFI & on behalf of Punjab Swimming Association and its members expressed condolence.
Balraj ji shared, “Bhagat ji was treasurer for 8 years and two times Associate Jt. Secretary of SFI. As of now he was Secretary of Masters Committee of SFI. He was always ready to help & would volunteer to play any role for Indian swimming.He will be remembered forever for his services to our Aqua sports”.
All will miss the ever smiling, loved and respected swimming senior official HG Bhagat.
