An umpire seminar and umpire exam was held at the Nagaon Sports Club Pavilion organized by Assam Hockey on Wednesday. The umpire examination of Assam Hockey was officially inaugurated by the General Secretary of Assam Hockey Tapan Kumar Das. More than 56 trainees and umpires from different districts of the state participated in the seminar. After the seminar, a total of 56 (male and female) trainees appeared in the written examination.
