The World Pickleball League (WPBL) has announced the Pickler Contest, a unique and exciting opportunity for fans and budding pickleball talent, that will see Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan take to the pickleball centre court with players from Mumbai. This activity is another testament to the league’s vision of bringing the sport closer to the wider community.
As part of the Pickler Contest, WPBL is inviting Mumbai-based pickleball players with a Doubles DUPR rating above 3.5 to participate for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play alongside Aamir Khan on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Jio World Garden in Mumbai.
Entries for the contest are open via the official WPBL platform and will close at 5:00 PM on February 6, 2026.
The contest is part of WPBL’s broader strategy to leverage high-credibility voices in the second campaign of the competition. With international-standard competition and increasing participation, WPBL continues to position pickleball as one of the country’s fastest-growing recreational and competitive sports.
