“According to spiritual beliefs, an aura or energy field is a colored emanation said to enclose a human body or any animal or object. In some esoteric positions, the aura is described as a subtle body. Psychics and holistic medicine practitioners often claim to have the ability to see the size, color and type of vibration of an aura.”

Everything and everyone in this universe and world has an aura. Now, whether they are living or nonliving, it doesn’t create much of a difference. Everything has an aura and each of them have subtle energies surrounding their physical space.
This explains why when we enter some place and suddenly start feeling cold and low or blessed and peaceful. For, each room, space and place also has an aura. Like graveyards, hospitals have sick and diseased aura. That is why, it is suggested in our traditions, to take shower after visiting them.
Infact, we would have noticed we just met someone and said, “We are getting bad vibes from them.” It might be that we know nothing about them but we have this intuition, and later it turns out to be true.
It is not some magic or Godly characteristics. It happens as our conscience gets purer and higher with daily reflection and meditation.
Clairvoyants, spiritual gurus, and yoga practitioners have over centuries claimed to have seen auras around each one of us. And if this is true then, 1.5% of the world is enlightened and others are just fooling around because they don’t understand the very core of what forms their existence. How does their body, mind, emotions and energy work? And thus, not being able to live to their optimum potential of human life and manifest the greatness they are born for.
Now, that we know, everything and everyone has an aura. Then, we should also know, there are four ways we can clean our aura. So, it remains healthy and bright:
- Water Bath: After taking shower, we will immediately feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
- Wind Batth: We have to stand at a place where the wind is blowing very fast and let it clean ourselves but in storms.
- Mud Bath: we should spend time on the ground with open shoes. It is because the soles of our feet absorb energy from the ground.
- Fire Bath: Here, just let the smoke of fire be around yourself. This is what happens in temples. And we will feel fresh and energized
