1. National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval on Wednesday said that terrorism in all of its forms and its financing are amongst the most serious threats to international peace and security. He made the remarks at the 18th meeting of the Secretaries of Security Council of SCO member states in Delhi.
2. The Gorsam Kora festival, also known as the festival of friendship between India and Bhutan, honours the bond between the two countries. The festival was celebrated at the Gorsam Chorten Stupa in Arunachal Pradesh’s Zemithang.

5. The U.S. Navy’s Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship, USNS Matthew Perry, has successfully completed maintenance and repair work at L&T shipyard in Kattupalli near Chennai. The maintenance and repair work began on March 11 and was completed on March 27.
USNS Matthew Perry is the second ship of the U.S. Navy to complete maintenance works at L&T shipyard after USNS Charles Drew completed voyage repair in August last year.

3. 13 Bangladeshi pilgrims killed in bus accident in Saudi Arabia, 18 injured. Total of 25 people were killed in the accident out of which 13 have been identified as Bangladesh nationals while four migrants are still missing.
4. the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is preparing four individuals to live on Mars on June 2023. The four “Martians” will be a part of NASA’s human exploration trip on Mars.
5. INTERNATIONAL DAY OF ZERO WASTE @ 30th MARCH : It is aimed at raising awareness of national, subnational, regional and local zero-waste initiatives and their contribution to achieving sustainable development, with the engagement of Member States, organizations of the UN.
4. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that he has invited Chinese President Xi Jinping to visit Ukraine.
