1. A Parliamentary delegation from Mozambique called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi.
2. The delegation was led by Speaker of Assembly of Mozambique, Esperanca Laurinda Francisco Nhiuane Bias. Welcoming the delegation, the President said that she was happy to receive them at Rashtrapati Bhavan as the first international delegation after her assumption of the office.

5. Sri Lanka’s newly-elected President Ranil Wickremesinghe on Thursday decided to prorogue Parliament with effect from midnight.
