1. The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that it will begin accepting applications for H-1B visas for the fiscal year 2023-24 from March 1. The application window will close on March 17. The H-1B visa allocations are capped at 85,000 visas per year.
2. Two Palestinian men on Sunday succumbed to gunshot wounds inflicted by Israelis in separate incidents, the Palestinian Health Ministry said.
3. The last commercial Boeing 747 ‘Jumbo Jet’ will be delivered to Atlas Air in the surviving freighter version on Tuesday. Designed in the 1960s to meet the mass travel demand, the world’s first twin-aisle wide-body jetliner became one of the most luxurious aircraft.
