1. Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan again praises India’s foreign policy over importing oil from Russia

Pakistan’s ex-PM Imran Khan praised India at a rally, saying that India “thinks for its own people before benefit of other countries”. “India, is a strategic ally of US, is taking oil from Russia. When New Delhi was told to not buy the oil, it straightaway said ‘we take decisions based on what’s good for our country’,” Khan said.

2. During a joint statement with PM Narendra Modi on his first visit to India as UK PM, Boris Johnson said, “Narendra, my khas dost (special friend).” Speaking about free-trade agreement between India and UK, Johnson said.

1. A satellite picture shared by US firm Maxar Technologies has claimed to show 200 more mass graves near the Ukrainian city of Mariupol, amid Russia’s invasion of the country. Local officials have accused Russia of burying up to 9,000 Ukrainian civilians in the town of Manhush outside Mariupol. Russia had on Thursday claimed victory in the battle for Mariupol.
