Chinese hackers breach US ambassador Nicholas Burns emails. Beijing-linked hackers accessed the email account of the U.S. ambassador to China in an espionage operation thought to have compromised at least hundreds of thousands of U.S. government emails

1. Under India’s presidency, the G20 Labour and Employment Ministers Meeting concluded in Indore, Madhya Pradesh with the unanimous adoption of the Outcome Documents.

2. India and Sri Lanka exchange five agreements covering crucial areas of economic cooperation, renewable energy and tourism.

3. Amid the United State’s effort to normalize relations with China, former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger meets Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing. He paid a surprise visit to Beijing.

4. In Kenya, at least six people were killed and several injured in anti-government clashes between police and protesters. (Opposition calls for protest after govt introduced tax hike last month).

5. Pakistan, at least 16 people lost their lives in rain-related incidents in the last 24 hours.

6. A shooting has left two people dead in the centre of Auckland, New Zealand, hours before the city is due to open the Fifa Women’s World Cup.
