1. Law and Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju is in Mongolia with four Holy Relics of Lord Buddha for an 11-day exposition as part of celebrations of Mongolian Buddh Purnima.

1. Recently, China proposed a plan to launch a solar power plant in space, in order to get inexhaustible power in 2028, two years before the original schedule.

2. The 12th Ministerial Conference of World Trade Organization (WTO) started on June 12, 2022 at WTO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The conference will be concluded on June 15, 2022.

3. Bangladesh Health Minister Zahid Maleque cautions people to remain alert in view of the rising cases of Covid19 in the country.

He says that Covid-19 has not been eradicated as yet and the situation can become alarming anytime though it is normal as of now.

4. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday announced that he had tested positive for COVID-19 days after he met US President Joe Biden and attended the Summit of the Americas in California. Notably, Trudeau had previously tested positive for coronavirus in January.

5. The UK has reported 104 new cases of monkeypox in England on Monday, making it the biggest outbreak beyond Africa of the normally rare disease. There are now 470 monkeypox cases across the UK.

6. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the UN nuclear watchdog, on Sunday urged Iran to resume talks to revive the 2015 nuclear deal. Notably, the talks to revive the deal have stalled since March this year.
