1. No Quarantine for Foreign Flyers Arriving in Delhi from Monday, Passengers to Self-Monitor for 14 Days. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on February 10 released detailed guidelines for international arrivals at airports and seaports in the country.

2. PM Modi met former Prime Minister of Kenya Raila Amolo Odinga who is currently in India on a private visit. The two leaders share friendly personal relations going back decades.

3. External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar is reached Philippines on a three-day official visit. This will be his first visit to Philippines as External Affairs Minister. Dr Jaishankar will hold talks with his counterpart, Teodoro L. Locsin Jr. the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Philippines. Regional and international issues of mutual interest would also be discussed.

4. India’s humanitarian aid to Afghanistan in the difficult times has been lauded by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to India, Farid Mamundzay. He thanked India for being one of the largest regional donors to Afghanistan.

1. *Pak Parliament Set for Change: Imran Khan May Go, Asif Ali Zardari’s Name Being Considered for PM Post:.* Pakistan is set for a change in the House, as Opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) on Friday decided to bring in a no-confidence motion against Pak Prime Minister Imran Khan.

2. German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier was elected for a second term on Sunday by a special parliamentary assembly. Endorsed by most mainstream parties

3. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Joe Biden had a tele communication on Sunday, the spokesman for Ukraine’s leader said. The two leaders “discussed the security situation and ongoing diplomatic de-escalation efforts”, the official added.

4. Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) on Sunday advised airlines to avoid flying over Black Sea from Monday to Saturday amid Russian naval drills. UkSATSE also asked airlines to plan optimal routes in advance considering region’s current state. Meanwhile, over 30 ships from the Russian Black Sea fleet started training exercises near the Crimea Peninsula on Saturday.
