Israel orders ‘complete Gaza siege’ after Hamas attacks, no power, food and fuel
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Monday said that Israel was going to impose a “total blockade” on Gaza including a ban on admitting food and fuel to the area amid the country’s battle with Hamas terrorists.

1. Spanish aerospace company PLD Space has achieved a significant milestone by successfully launching its recoverable Miura-1 rocket.

2. NASA is gearing up for an ambitious mission called Psyche, where a high-tech spacecraft will embark on a 2.2 billion mile journey to explore an asteroid known as 16 Psyche. This mission, scheduled for launch on October 12.

3. US President Joe Biden ordered US ships and warplanes to move closer to Israel in a show of support on Sunday while sending fresh military aid after attacks by the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.

International aid groups in Afghanistan are scrambling to send help to survivors of this weekend’s earthquake in the west of the country which left more than 2,000 people dead and many more injured in a war-ravaged nation already stricken by an economic crisis. The 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck on Saturday.

6. ISRAELI Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has ordered a complete siege of Gaza. Mr. Gallant said, the new measures will cut electricity and include a ban on admitting food and fuel. The death toll has surged above 1,300 with more than 1,23,000 people displaced in the Gaza Strip.

6. Many parts of Hong Kong are witnessing flooding on Monday as Typhoon Koinu brought torrential rains during the night, forcing authorities to issue the highest level of alert.
