Visitor curbs at Delhi, Punjab airports after SFJ threat
The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has directed airports in Delhi and Punjab to stop issuing visitor entry passes following designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s recent warning to Sikhs not to fly Air India (AI) after November 19.
1. India and Bhutan are enhancing their bilateral relations with a proposed cross-border rail link and trade infrastructure upgrades.
The two nations have agreed to conduct a “final location survey” for a proposed rail link between Kokrajhar in Assam, India, and Gelephu in Bhutan, which is set to be built with Indian support.

1. Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will have “overall security responsibility” for the Gaza Strip for “an indefinite period’ once the fighting is over, Israel Defence Forces (IDF) has reopened an evacuation route for Gazans to move south for their safety.
2. Thousands of people on Monday (Nov 6) protested at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Balochistan against the Pakistani government’s decision to restrict border crossings for those not having a visa and passport.

5. A shipwreck which is believed to contain 200 tons of gold, silver emeralds is going to be taken out as Colombia has declared a national mission to recover the treasure. The treasure ship will be exhumed before Colombia’s current President Gustavo Petro ends his term of office in 2026. The Spanish ship had sank off the Colombian port of Cartagena in 1708.
