1. India has been elected to the highest statistical body of the United Nations for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2024.

2. South Korean Foreign Affairs Minister Park Jin called on Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar in New Delhi on Friday. Highlighting 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and South Korea, they discussed the significance of cultural and people-to-people ties in strengthening special strategic partnership.
