1. Iran is set to reopen its embassy in Saudi Arabia following a closure.
2. RUSSIA RUSSIA BLEW UP THE KAKHOVKA DAM in Ukraine: More than 800 people were evacuated after the Soviet-era dam in south Ukraine’s Nova Kakhovka was blown up on Tuesday. The incident led to flooding in 10 villages along the Dnipro River. A state of emergency was also declared in areas near the dam.
3. Iran has introduced its first hypersonic missile called Fattah, claiming it can penetrate missile defence systems and provide a military advantage. According to state media, the missile can travel at 15 times the speed of sound. Its average speed is around 16,000 feet per second, with a range of 1,400 km
4. Drone taxi takes first test spin in Israel, could ease traffic congestion. Among the drones tested over the past week was AIR ZERO, manufactured in Israel, which can accommodate up to two passengers.
5. Chris Christie enters 2024 Republican primary. A Super PAC supporting Donald Trump responded to Chris Christie’s entrance into the 2024 Republican primary by predicting that the former New Jersey governor would quickly overshadow Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
