1. A Constitution Bench headed by Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud is scheduled to pronounce on December 11 its judgment on the challenge to the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution, which gave special privileges to Jammu and Kashmir.
2. Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has been expelled from the Lok Sabha for her unethical conduct in the Cash for query matter.
The Lok Sabha Ethics Committee has recommended the expulsion of TMC MP Mahua Moitra as it tabled its report on Friday. The team headed by BJP lawmaker Vinod Kumar called for “severe punishment” as well as a government inquiry in its report. Moitra is facing allegations that she took cash and other gifts to ask questions in Parliament.

1. Ministry of Defence signed a contract with Telecommunications Consultants India Limited worth over 588 crore rupees for the acquisition of Digital Coast Guard project.
