1. Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) on Monday announced special fare hikes on buses along the Bengaluru-Mysuru route, increasing fares by Rs 20 and Rs 30 for express, non-stop, and premier services.

National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued notices to the Punjab Chief Secretary, SSP Hoshiarpur, and the Chief Controller of Explosives of Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO), under the Commerce and Industry Ministry. 1. Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari vs Kantara Chapter 1 clash is intensifying with the Hindi dub of the Rishab Shetty film pulling ahead.
This Dussehra, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is the lone Hindi film releasing in theatres. The romantic comedy starring Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf does have competition, though. And that is in the form of the Kannada film, Kantara Chapter 1.
2. The makers of Kantara Chapter 1 announced on Saturday that they cancelled their promotional event in Chennai, which was scheduled for Sunday, following the stampede at the TVK chief and actor Vijay’s rally in Tamil Nadu’s Karur. The incident left at least 41 people dead and several others injured.

3. White House has released a peace plan to end the two-year-old Gaza conflict following a meeting between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The peace plan included that Gaza will be a de-radicalised, terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbours and will be redeveloped for the benefit of the people of Gaza.
4. The Embassy of India in Israel commemorated the 107th anniversary of the Battle of Haifa, honouring the courage and valour of Indian soldiers of the erstwhile Jodhpur, Mysore and Hyderabad Lancers who liberated Haifa in 1918.
