1. Over 175 crore 37 lakh vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Health Ministry said.

TELANGANA : The Election Commission has ordered Chief Electoral Officer of Telangana to file FIR against BJP MLA T Raja Singh for his objectionable remarks which is in violation of Model Code of Conduct. the Commission had issued notice to the MLA for allegedly threatening people in a video to vote for his party in Uttar Pradesh.
9. Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and his Maharashtra counterpart Uddhav Thackeray have agreed to work together to cobble together an anti-BJP front with an eye on the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Chandrashekar Rao had a two-hour luncheon meeting with Thackeray at his official residence “Varsha”.

FIR against ex-NCB officer Sameer Wankhede says he ‘lied’ about age for hotel & bar license.: According to excise department’s complaint, Wankhede ( *An Indian Revenue Services (IRS) officer Sameer Wankhede — whose raid on a cruise ship last year had led to the arrests of actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and others*) , posed as an adult while obtaining a license for the Sadguru Hotel in Thane in 1996-97 even though he was underage at the time.
12. Investigation by the local excise department had reportedly revealed that Wankhede was 17 years old on 27 October, 1997, when he was granted a license for a bar and restaurant, for which the stipulated age is 21. The bar’s license was cancelled earlier this month.

President Kovind to review Naval fleet at ceremonial event in Visakhapatnam :The President’s fleet review, an awe-inspiring and much-awaited event, will be conducted at Visakhapatnam on Monday, February 21, 22.
