1. Union Cabinet condemns terrorist attack involving a car explosion in Delhi; Reiterates unwavering commitment to policy of zero tolerance to terrorism in all forms and manifestations.
2. Faridabad police seized a red EcoSport car, suspected to be linked to the prime suspect involved in the Delhi blast case. It was found parked near Khandawali village.
3. The Centre has invoked stricter anti-pollution curbs under Stage III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi and adjoining areas, after the city’s air quality slipped into the severe category.
4. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has cracked down on a major gold-smuggling syndicate in Mumbai under “Operation Bullion Blaze.” The operation uncovered an organised racket involved in smuggling gold into India, melting it in covert furnaces, and illicitly selling the refined bullion into the grey market.

4. Congress youth leader Bhavya Narasimhamurty has successfully completed her training at the prestigious Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, and has now returned after completing three months of rigorous training.
Bhavya, who was selected as a Territorial Army officer, underwent intensive military training at the IMA over the past three months. Having completed her course, she will now continue to serve in the Indian Army in the rank of lieutenant for a specific period each year.
5. Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal AP Singh on Wednesday inaugurated the Mudh-Nyoma airbase in Ladakh by landing a C-130J special operations aircraft there, a shot in the arm for India’s infrastructure push along its farthest frontiers.
6. India took another step toward its first-ever human spaceflight last week, successfully testing the parachute system for its Gaganyaan astronaut capsule.
The test occurred on Nov. 3, using an Indian Air Force IL-76 aircraft and a capsule mass simulator that tipped the scales at 7.2 tons (6.5 metric tons).The plane took off from Babina Field Firing Range.
7. Australia has joined India, Japan, and the United States for Exercise Malabar 2025, a major Indo-Pacific naval drill aimed at strengthening coordination and interoperability among the four Quad nations.
